How can you clean bird droppings from a balcony railing?

Is there a solution you can buy? My balcony railing is covered in bird droppings and I can't remove it with soap and water. How can you clean bird droppings from a balcony railing?
At the pet store you can buy ';Poop Off'; in the bird section. It works really well and some come with dispensers to make the job even easier.

I've also found the biokleen's Bac-Out works really well. You can usually find that at Whole Foods stores.

In a pinch vinegar and water will also work. How can you clean bird droppings from a balcony railing?
My experience is that warm sudsy water and a scrubbing brush are enough, if you are patient. If the droppings are dry and hard, let them soak for a while, or wait until they have been rained on. Remove them gently layer by layer rather than scrubbing so hard you damage the surface. Clean up fairly promptly/regularly, because the lime in bird droppings can affect some surfaces.
just use a pressure washer
