It's imperative that you get her to a vet as soon as you can! As said above, when a parrot of any kind shows signs these advanced of a sickness, they've already been sick for a while. Birds are prey animals in the wild, so they suppress the signs that they are sick often until it is very serious. Does she have any discharge from the eyes or nares? Even if the answer to that is no, lack of regular activity and increased lethargy/ caking of dropping around the vent are definitely tell-tale signs of sickness. Please take her to an Avian vet. While some vets claim to treat birds, only the AVA certified vets have been through any sort of avian training and can help you much more than a ';normal'; vet. You would be wasting your time and increasing the chances that the sickness could develop further. I myself have not yet had a sick bird, but with the symptoms you're describing, I would not hesitate a second before I took her to the vet!My Albino Hen Cockatiel Haves Too Much Droppings?
take her to an aviary vetASAP your bird is very ill and needs immediate help!
You need to take her to an avian vet asap. When cockatiels show signs of sickness, they are already very sick.

Are you sure she's a ';she'; ? You can remove some of the poo on her butt by using a warm wash cloth. She might be getting egg bound and that's deadly.
