I have mouse droppings in work area, but not on my area. I eat at my desk, should I worry about being infected?

I am also 23 weeks pregnant and am concerned I may have ingested something not seen on my desk. Should I be checked and will my unborn child be ok.I have mouse droppings in work area, but not on my area. I eat at my desk, should I worry about being infected?
that's gross. Any fecal matter has e. coli present. I wouldn't worry about it to much, unless you are eating directly off of the desk. depends on what you mean ';you eat on your desk';.





You should ALWAYS wash your hands before eating.There could be a possibility of cross contamination so I suggest investing in Lysol wipes to do a quick cleanse of your area everyday.





I wouldn't worry too much of what could have happened.Just be sure to be clean now.


Also suggest to your boss/manager that they should do something about the mice/droppings because it is considered a health hazard.
