My budgie no droppings and nail going upward?

Hi everyone, I've one male budgie since one week ago. He's having less droppings since yesterday and this morning he's no droppings at all. He didn't eat last night (he normally eat before bedtime). Also, he's long curly nails and I found one of his nails going upward last night(not sure if that's normal). I'm very worried.My budgie no droppings and nail going upward?
I don't think the amount of droppings is anything to worry about just yet. Keep a close eye on your budgie and see if he starts eating and pooping. If the situation keeps up, then a trip to the vet is in order.





Your budgie sounds like he may have gotten his toe caught in something like a toy. If his nails are too long, he's going to have trouble perching and will catch his nails in toys and other materials. I would get the budgie's nails trimmed as soon as you can. You can go to a petshop and they will trim the nails for you if you don't want to go to the vet or don't know how to do it yourself.My budgie no droppings and nail going upward?
Nails are overgrown so it's growing upward.


As soon as possible to do a pet store where they can trim the nails or the vet.





Droppings might vary once in a while. Overall, the bird might be ok. However, if the tail is going up and the bird is straining when he goes poop then the bird might be constipated.





Continue to keep an eye while you get the bird's nails done. Depending on the bird this should be done atleast once in 2-3 months.
hes nails should be short so you really need to get them cut any pet store will do it.its not good when dont eat so i would get him checked right away as budgies try hide any illness and by then it could be too late.good luck
TRY CARRYING HIM TO THE VET.MAYBE HE IS JUST SICK AND DOESN'T WANT TO EAT?
