What cleaning product should be used to clean up bird droppings?

I have 25 finches in one large cage. I moved them recently to a different part of the house. And I noticed the wall that was behind the cage is now covered in bird droppings %26amp; stuck on seeds. What should I clean that with without thinning the paint behind it?What cleaning product should be used to clean up bird droppings?
PLEASE DO NOT USE PINESOL. IT WILL KILL YOUR BIRDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!鈥?br>

Why don't you just put some newspaper behind and under the cage so the droppings don't get as messy?

You can just clean it using some warm water, or use this site http://www.avianweb.com/nontoxiccleaning鈥?/a> %26lt;--very helpful if you ask me!!!

But don't try using salt, borax, white vinegar (any sort of vinegar is not suggested) or Isopropyl Alcohol. What cleaning product should be used to clean up bird droppings?
I have a large cockatoo and he produces some pretty nasty stool. I just soak it with a paper towel saturated with water until it comes off easily.

There is a product called ';Poop-off';, but it's a waste of money since water does the trick, anyway.
pinesol it will kill the germs and not harm your paint. Just use warm water and some pinesol and sponge it on and wait a few minutes when the droppings are soft wipe away. Repeat til the wall is clean.
