30 ft tree behind 3 Story Brick Home. Droppings damage metal porch -Would removing tree reduce property value?

We have a 30 ft evergreen behind which clears our 3 Story attached Brick Home by a few feet. Falling 鈥榩ines鈥? dead branches, and bird droppings damage the metal porch 鈥揅onsidering the cost, would removing the tree be worthwhile economically? Would losing an attractive shade producing tree reduce or add to our property value?30 ft tree behind 3 Story Brick Home. Droppings damage metal porch -Would removing tree reduce property value?
I would remove it and replace it with something that wasn't so invasive!! Perhaps a crabapple..those are beautiful and provide a little bit of shade..enough to enjoy.

Im pretty sure it would increase the property value of the home if your removing the eye sore..you never know..the neighbors might appreciate the new view.30 ft tree behind 3 Story Brick Home. Droppings damage metal porch -Would removing tree reduce property value?
try putting fake snakes and owls in the trees first, if it doesn't rid the birds then remove the tree. yes, the value would be more with the tree.
this might make the proerty value go up because there is no potental threats to the house after it is removed, maybe consider triming the branches instead of taking the whole tree
No, it will not harm the value of your home. You'd be surprised at how many people cut down trees when they buy a home. We did.
Yea I think it would be a pretty good Idea.
