Are mice droppings harmful to a developing fetus?

I have recently found mice droppings all over my house. It is unbelievable. I haven't ever had this problem before and now it's like they have taken over. How harmful are the mouse droppings when cleaning them up? Should I be losing my mind about it?Are mice droppings harmful to a developing fetus?
Have someone else clean it up for you if you can . If not wear gloves and tie a hankie around your nose %26amp; mouth so that you won't inhale the feces.

Also, there is a threat of Toxoplasmosis. Although, this article only talks about cat feces it also mentions contaminated soil so, I would be careful. Check this site outAre mice droppings harmful to a developing fetus?
